PLEASE NOTE:

This listing is for a digital illustration that will be emailed to you as a print ready file. No physical art print will be sent, however I am happy to recommend printers that myself and previous clients have used in the past. 

The final artwork will have a white border for framing.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Purchase the listing with the desired size and number of pets.

2. Email hello@amyhodkin.com with full body photographs of your lovely pets, showing their faces, colours, markings and any other details that are important to them. Please let me know their names and specific breed if possible. You can include collars and accessories worn by the pets, as long as photographs are provided.

3. I will respond with a timeline for your pet portrait. Your final portrait will be ready no later than 10 working days after I have received your photographs. If there is a particular date you would like the file for then please let me know and I will try to accommodate this.

4. After exchanging proofs and making any required changes**, I will email you two print ready files. These will be A4 and A3 size. I am happy to accommodate a custom size on request. 

**Changes are available to be requested during the first round of proofs. Once the final proof has been sent to you for approval a payment of £10 will be required for any amendments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges on pet portraits as this is custom art made to order.

You will have 48 hours from sending the payment to cancel for a full refund. Email me at hello@amyhodkin.com within this period for your refund.

If during the process you are not happy with how the commission is going then please let me know ASAP. I would rather work with you to find a resolution that is best for the both of us.
